Athfield Architects have collaborated with Willis Bond on several projects including the award-winning Chews Lane Precinct and Clyde Quay Wharf developments.

Dunning Thornton Consultants is a specialist structural and seismic consulting engineering business based in Wellington.

It has been responsible for many prominent Wellington projects, including the Chews Lane Precinct, Wellington Hospital, the Meridian building and moving the Museum Hotel. It has a reputation for innovative, cost-effective and high-quality structural design.

LT McGuinness is a third-generation family construction company with a 60-year tradition of quality, and on-time cost-effective performance. Since 1950, it has been involved in the successful construction and redevelopment of many landmark buildings in Wellington.

These include the Government House (residence of the Governor-General) refurbishment project and Premier House (residence of the Prime Minister), as well as a number of award-winning apartment developments, including the Chews Lane, One Market Lane and Clyde Quay Wharf apartments in Wellington and Wynyard Central on Auckland’s waterfront.
