Established in 1988, Willis Bond is a property development and investment company specialising in the development of large-scale, mixed-use real estate, with an emphasis on waterfront and inner-city developments. It has established an enviable reputation for creating high-quality retail, residential and mixed-use communities in modern urban environments.

Willis Bond has a demonstrated track record for completing large-scale and complex projects on time and within budget. Developments in Wellington include: the Odlins Building (now the NZX Centre), the Free Ambulance Building, Shed 22 and the PwC Centre on the Wellington waterfront; the award-winning $175-million Chews Lane Precinct in Wellington’s CBD and the award-winning $180 million Clyde Quay Wharf development at the former Overseas Passenger Terminal.

To date Willis Bond has established three investment funds – Willis Bond Capital Partners ($128 million), Willis Bond Capital Partners II ($100 million) and Willis Bond Capital Partners III ($132.8 million).
